Cancellation Policy:
Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made before it enters the shipping phase. Once shipped, we may be unable to accommodate your request as the order would have entered processing. If you cancel within 12 hours, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Return & Refunds:
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Refunds are not issued for teas and tea accessories used, worn, or damaged items due to normal use or misuse. If a return falls outside the 7-day window or is not approved by our team, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price.
To initiate a return, email us at care@uphaartea.in within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for the return. Before shipping a product back, it is essential to obtain approval from our team for all returns. Ensure that the products are sent back in their original packaging, completely untouched. Include your order number and shipping name inside the return package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. Upon receiving your return, it may take up to 5 business days to inspect the item. After confirming the good condition, allow up to 10 business days from the confirmation date for your refund to process. Visit your financial assistance if the refund is not received following confirmation.
Refunds are processed in the original currency. Customers are responsible for fees associated with foreign currency transactions or exchange rates. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged Items:
We package our products carefully, but if your item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Email care@uphaartea.in with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine eligibility for a no-cost replacement. Refunds, replacements, or returns are not applicable for items damaged through regular use or wear. We only refund tea accessories if only it is broken with the box.
Shipping and Delivery:
While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays outside our control. Contact care@uphaartea.in for assistance with delivery problems. We do not assume responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.
Fraud Prevention:
To prevent fraud, we verify billing and shipping addresses and monitor transactions. We may request additional information. Suspected fraudulent activity allows us to cancel the transaction and notify the customer.
